For those who haul their own Construction and Demolition debris,
our gate is open to the public Monday through Friday, 7:00 am until
5:00 pm. We accept only Construction & Demolition material at
our facility, and charge by container size.
Waste acceptable for disposal
at our facility:

Waste
- Concrete
- Cardboard (OCC)
- Metals
- Rigid Plastics
- Special Waste (advanced notification required)
We also accept the following curbside recyclable material:
- No. 1 and No. 2 plastics (PET and HDPE)
- Aluminum and metal cans
- Newspapers, magazines, office paper
What is Construction & Demolition Waste?: In accordance with
Georgia Official Code 12-8-22”:
Construction or demolition waste means waste building materials
and rubble resulting from construction, remodeling, repair, or demolition
operations on pavements, houses, commercial buildings, and other
structures. Such waste includes but is not limited to waste containing
asbestos, wood, bricks, metal, concrete, wallboard, paper, cardboard,
and other non-putrescible wastes associated with construction and
demolition activities which have a low potential for ground-water
contamination. Inert waste landfill materials approved by the board
for disposal in landfills permitted by rule and regulation are also
included in this definition if disposed in a construction or demolition
waste landfill.
