The Coastal Recycling Services team is proud to announce that we will be opening a Construction & Demolition (C&D) Material Recovery Facility (MRF) in the spring of 2011 in Jacksonville, Florida. Our team understands the importance of recycling as a key component of sustainability to our community and to the well-being of our environment. We have a proven commitment to recycling and have proudly provided the recycling of C&D materials since January 2003.
The facility will be located at 11011 Blasius Road and will offer services in support of earning LEED credits for Construction Waste Management, the recovery/recycling of C&D material. Of note, we will provide these services to our customers in Northeast Florida for both source-separated and co-mingled C&D loads. Our team has over 100 years of experience in the waste industry and includes a LEED AP BD+C on staff.
We expect to commence construction in August 2010 and will continually update our website to document our progress and keep the community apprised of our scheduled grand opening date.
